My Favourite Guitarists

This including Bass, which... I guess counts? Bass guitar?
1Slipknot
Iowa

Jim Root / Mick Thompson / Paul Gray - absolute powerhouse team with fantastic chemistry.
2Black Veil Brides
Wretched And Divine: Ultimate Edition

Jake Pitts / Jinxx - whether i be shredding / melodic solos or the scales or riffs, these 2 are firebrand guitarists that bounce off of each other so well, not even to mention Jinxx's ability to incorporate violin into the music too.
3Gorgoroth
Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam

King Ov Hell - my favourite bassist and metal composer of all time, i love the riffs he produces and the bass playing itself could stop a tank - a nice treat for Black Metal.
4Darkthrone
Under a Funeral Moon

Zephyrous - Strange inclusion i know due to such a short body of work, But I have heard many covers of Darkthrone's material with Zephyrous and no one can seem to match the rapid delicateness of Zephyrous on those first 3 albums.
5Black Sabbath
Master of Reality

Tony Iommi - King of the riffs bruh
6Derek and the Dominos
Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs

Eric Clapton - Fantastic melodic blues guitarist.
7Sun Kil Moon
Admiral Fell Promises

on this album especially the guitar can be hypnotising.
8Red Hot Chili Peppers
Stadium Arcadium

love love love John's playing.
9The Smiths
Meat Is Murder

How could I forget Johnny fuckin Marr? so intricate and so brilliant.
10Jeff Wayne
The War of the Worlds

Herbie Flowers / Chris Spedding for their work on this album allow, to take what Jeff had given them + the bass + electric and turn it into inhuman alien landscapes was just captivating then or even now.
