A list of the bands I've seen live. Loads have stories, they were all beautiful experiences. This is more of an archive than a ranking or list.
A Moon Shaped Pool

Berlin 2016. Favourite gig with my favourite story.
2Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds
Skeleton Tree

An amazing band and set of songs.
Grinderman 2

Let's just say, it was a hell of an event.

Still gives me surreal goosebumps to this day.
5PJ Harvey
Let England Shake

It was a fun singalong in a lot of ways. Excellent performance.
Different Class

Hilarious fun.
7The National
High Violet

This gig introduced me to this band. It was interesting, they had a really bad crowd that I'm pretty sure Matt didn't want to interact with and the awkwardness stuck with me. Lo and behold I check them out later and found one hell of a discography.
8The Strokes

Excellent songs. Very flashy lighting but they were always trying to hard to 'be cool' and missing the mark in performing I thought.
The English Riviera

I went and saw this band instead of Kasabian at a festival. Worth it.
10The Presets
Hi Viz

This was really strange, glitzy, gutsy. The Presets delivered an amazing show.
11Sigur Ros
( )

Nearly got dropped by a mic. It was incredible.
12Foo Fighters
Foo Fighters

Dave Grohl is a stand up guy. I don't really listen to the Foo Fighters though, this was for a friend who got tickets to take us to see them. He's a dear friend that hadn't gone to a gig before. We get there, the crowd goes wild and tumbles when they arrive and he nopes out of there. I ended up staying for the show, confused and a bit bemused. They played a huge set of songs, really dedicated musicians who have my respect.
13The Cure
The Cure

Probably the longest setlist I've ever heard. They made them stronger in the 80s clearly. One of the all time greats.
Our Love

There's a really interesting groove that went on with this concert.. Caribou's music in general really.
The King of Limbs

Apart from Nick Cave, the only musicians I've seen twice. This gig was just fantastic.
Operation: Doomsday

I normally can't stand rap but this was a great experience.
Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends

Okay, we all have a first. Everyone is always making fun of Coldplay but the effort they put into what they do is great. I'm glad these guys were the first concert I ever saw.
