05.08.21 | Nice! If you're listening to more Josh Garrels you need to hear Love & War & the Sea In Between.
Early Needtobreathe and Jars of Clay are also must haves. |

05.09.21 | John Van Deusen is the best artist in Christian music right now. His latest was arguably top 3 of the 2010s for me in CCM. |

05.09.21 | A good intro to heavier stuff might be Theocracy. They are power metal so no screaming, and the album As the World Bleeds is fantastic. |
CaliggyJack
05.09.21 | @Yahweh No Problem! If you ever feel like giving metal a chance, Fit for a King is an awesome Christian Metal band, and Thrice is fronted by a devout Christian and sometimes delves into Christian themes, though it isn't as Christian based like Fit for a King is.
EDIT: Also Emim nailed it |

05.09.21 | @Yahwehisking you're welcome! I also second Emim's rec of Theocracy - As the World Bleeds. That album changed my life honestly. I started writing music after hearing that when it came out 10 years ago. |
CaliggyJack
05.09.21 | If you end up liking Theocracy, Golden Resurrection is along the same lines of epic Power Metal. |
SitarHero
05.09.21 | The early King's X albums were Christian prog rock and were pretty great. |
Emim
05.09.21 | I'm also gonna throw out a rec for Heath McNease too. I think he'd fit right in with a lot of this, especially his last album. |
tyman128
