|My 10 Favorite Album Covers|
My favorite albums covers. This is just my opinion, and is in no particular order. I’m only going to include one album per band. I haven’t listened to the 6th and 7th albums on this list. Honorable mentions: Hardwired...To Self-Destruct (Metallica), Hail to the King (Avenged Sevenfold), A Matter of Life and Death (Iron Maiden), Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? (Megadeth), Untitled (Korn), Forbidden (Black Sabbath).
Yes, this album cover is ridiculous, but that’s what I love about it. It makes me laugh every time I see it.
|2||Bullet for My Valentine|
This album cover is just plain badass. I love the snake wrapped around the V. The deluxe edition is even cooler.
The only one of Asking Alexandria's album covers that I like, this one is really cool. I like the aesthetic of it. The plague doctor looking tree thing (I don’t know what to call it) and the kid in the mask looking at each other is pretty cool. The background also looks very nice.
|4||Slaughter To Prevail|
A very simple album cover, but it looks so cool. That mask is badass. I can’t say too much about it because of the simplicity of it, but I really like the album cover.
Do I even need to describe how awesome this cover is? Just look at it. It’s fucking awesome.
I haven’t listened to this album, but I really like the cover for it. That monster looks awesome. I’ve seen a lot of hate for this album cover, and I don’t understand.
|7||Heaven and Hell|
The Devil You Know
This cover makes me think of Diablo 3, because the creature reminds me of Diablo in that game. Red is my favorite color, and I love how the entire album cover is red, and meshes well with the look of the creature. I’m not a big fan of the black bar in the middle with the band member's names, album title, and band name, though.
|8||Black Veil Brides|
Wretched and Divine
This album is similar to the one for The Black. I like the army of those cool looking monsters, and the one who is close to the front of the cover looking down at the kid. It fits the album perfectly, in my opinion.
I like how colorful this album cover is. The peacock looks awesome, and I like how blood is falling from its beak, and that it’s standing on a pile of corpses. I really like it.
Disturbed album covers could have taken up a good portion of this list due to having so many great ones, but since I can only include one, I’m going with my personal favorite, Asylum. The Guy is an awesome looking mascot, and him bursting out of the chains looks badass.
