apparently 'Protection' came out the summer of '94, not even winter - I guess Tricky was still on 'Protection' the album so it makes sense it was a year earlier than Maxinquaye |

03.15.21 | Zak, was never really that into Pulp and 'Common People' is one of those tunes that was everywhere, it's clever but a bit like Blur's 'Girls and Boys' I respect it but in pure music/melodic terms not one that really does much for me.
Johnny hate to drop this bombshell but no Bjork will make the cut for any year - the Sonic Youth tune I'm listening to now and it's one I've not listened to too much but sounds a potential good 'un...even though it's almost album length itself |
