11.09.21 | While I will admit that I enjoy "Starfuckers" up to a certain point, I agree with Ars that The Fragile isn't perfect. I do love the album, certainly, and the strongest moments are definitely some of NIN's best songs ("The Wretched," "Just Like You Imagined," "Even Deeper," "The Way Out Is Through"), but there are quite a few tracks -- particularly on the second disc -- I typically skip ("No, You Don't," "Where Is Everybody?," "Underneath It All"). I actually even prefer With Teeth to The Fragile (though I'm aware that's controversial). |
