Like, I am not a Slipknot fan by any means but they're obviously a metal band. And my friend's black/death metal band has been blacklisted from the site for "not being metal" and they wont go in depth as to what makes it not metal, and then they banned him for asking why too many times lol
I do like the site for the number of unknown bands to discover. I always like going to "advanced search" and typing in some bizzare location so I can find a bunch of crazy stuff. Progressive sludge metal bands from Wyoming? You can find it there. |

The ratings really don't mean anything though. If sputnik worked the same way, we'd have AJFA and British Steel at 2 because that's what mikesn's reviews rated them lol |
