Kirari

davezillaMP3: "It is just so melancholic and relaxing/soothing (of course there are some higher energy metalcore tracks but even on those it feels really calm and serene). The atmosphere on the album is really immersive and it's not like this is some deep story-driven concept record. Maiko's vocals are very enticing especially on the softer songs where her mellow or bittersweet performances effects me in ways no other band's softer songs can. "Kirari" is an album that every single time I hear it, it always has a very profound effect on me (like anytime the closer "Sakura" plays that is like a queue for my eyes 'alright time to cry now') and kinda always makes me reflect on my own life (which I feel is a very winter thing, looking out at the snowy street while you reflect on several moments of your life, both the good and the bad, though you lean more into your regrets)."
