Walk the Moon and Company of Thieves Live

Caught Company of Thieves and Walk the Moon live this past Saturday at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut.
1Company Of Thieves
Ordinary Riches

Was kind of psyched the find that Company of Thieves was the opening band for this show. I loved "Ordinary Riches", although the second album was just so-so. I didn't even know they had re-formed after their breakup a few years ago.
2Company Of Thieves
Running From A Gamble

The band was very energetic, although I thought the crowd was a little low energy early on. Genevieve Schatz was way more bubbly and upbeat than I expected -- more Glinda the Good Witch than Jeaneane Garofolo.
3Walk the Moon
Walk the Moon

Walk the Moon was excellent, and the crowd was really into them. With three albums out, they definitely have enough material to put together a solid playlist to headline a show.
4Walk the Moon
Talking is Hard

They said they had flown from a show in Albany on Thursday night to L.A. on Friday to play the iHeartRadio ALTer EGO show with Mumford & Sons, Beck, Cage the Elephant, Spoon, The National and Dashboard Confessional, then back to the East to Connecticut for this show on Saturday. But they were still psyched and very high-energy, probably because according to them, it was the first time they'd ever headlined an arena show of this size.
5Walk the Moon
What If Nothing

I was a little surprised that the song that got the biggest response of the night wasn't "Anna Sun", or the first single from the new album, "One Foot", but "Shut Up and Dance" from their second album.
