Not bad, just not truly counterparts.

The Current Will Carry Us
First three songs are some of the best tracks they ever made. Rest of the album is hit or miss. Still great.

I constantly go back and forth with whether 2 or 3 is better.

This gets the nod now cuz the closer for this one is immaculate and the closer for 3 is meh.

The Difference Between Hell and Home
This album specifically helped me through a very rough patch last year. It just... Spoke to me I guess.

07.27.20 | YNYA is their best imo, TDBHAH is their worst. A lot of the songwriting on that album is predictable to the point where it feels like all the songs are coming from some AI counterparts song generator. That goes for the lyrics too. | JeetJeet
