01.23.23 | My Zach Bryan review is definitely one I'm most proud of. One of my longer write ups (which says a lot considering I'm usually one to write short/couple paragraph reviews). Definitely one of my most emotional reviews and longest to write... took me about a week and a half because I wanted to make sure I was hitting every single aspect of the music and story itself.

01.23.23 | probably this Sweet Trip review, kind of a bruh moment considering how the band ended

01.23.23 | I was and still am decently proud of this, even if it doesn't even come close to the top of what some of the other guys can produce here.

01.23.23 | Tyman's Zach Bryan review was one of the great writeups of last year, even though I didn't end up caring much for the album. I'm still pretty proud of my Knoll review, also I'll take any chance to talk about Knoll |
Koris
01.23.23 | I think my Pool Kids review is the one I'm most proud of, at least out of all my ones from the past few years

Storm In A Teacup
01.23.23 | Because it was Tool. More important matters were at hand. |
Storm In A Teacup
01.23.23 | The endless war between those defending tool and those willing to debate the quality of their discography. |

01.23.23 | My best is probably my Utada Hikaru - This is the One review (which was only my second review). I feel like I nailed the sweet spot of mixing a personal narrative into a thorough thesis on that review, and the way I wrote that review has since become the backbone for how I construct all of my other reviews. I sort of inspired myself with that review in a sense. |

Idk if this is my BEST review, honestly. I feel like I keep trying to get better every time I write one, but I’m pretty partial to this review… |

Review by SandwichBubble
My favorite changes depending on the day, but I'll give my spot to Nameless Creations - Upon God's Call. It's not my most popular review, and probably not even my best written, but it's the only one I've ever made where I know for a fact the band themselves actually read it. And they even put a quote from it on their Bandcamp, which made me very happy. I'm usually pretty down on myself, but even I have to concede to that. |

01.23.23 | @sandwich yeah getting a response from the artist themself is always a great feeling, I still nerd out a little every time it happens
Love all these responses! Have some off days coming up to sit down and read through and update, fun will be had! |

01.23.23 | I'm really proud of my opening paragraph to Parannoul's To See the Next Part of the Dream. has some JotW energy. but Daniel Rossen's You Belong There probably takes the cake. it's the review i was most eager to write and ended up maybe the most well-rounded and easy to digest, despite its length and despite how quickly i actually wrote the thing |
Jasdevi087
01.23.23 | I remember being quite proud of my review for Dir En Grey - Gauze. it's about 7 years old at this point so hopefully it's not too rough |
fogza
01.23.23 | i like my buckfever underground review, as it's not a review but is effective in conveying what the record is like. I like the last paragraph of my review for Chris Whitley's Dirt Floor. |
mkmusic1995
01.23.23 | I'm really proud of my Rush - Permanent Waves review. It's one of my favorite albums of all time and I really feel like I took the time to get all the love I have for that record across in a fairly succinct way. |

01.23.23 | I remember thinking that I rounded a corner when I wrote up Julia Holter's LOUD CITY SONG--not my Sputnik review, but the year-end piece I wrote for quickly-defunt spin-off ByVolume. I don't think the piece is anywhere online anymore. I like my review for All My Heroes are Cornballs, I think. or my first review at age 13 for Fuck Buttons that's a classic. but I guess I often point to the Peggy when it comes to individual reviews |
