This record is endlessly gorgeous, somber and entrancing. Ka's lyrics are dense, hypnotizing and they weave together like dusty, soulful cobwebs. The production is colorful yet subdued. It feels like a sunny day stuck at a subway. I know that sounds ridiculous, but trust me this record is one of the best rap records of the year. |

I go to DjRum for beautiful and broad landscapes of sound and rhythm. This album gave me that which I loved from their Mountains EP and beyond. It's captivating, complex and influenced by beautiful noisescapes from the far east. Go at this with a good pair of headphones and a relaxed mind. |
