| Bring Me the Horizon Ranked
Post Human has been pretty well digested by now, so I figured why not? | 8 | | Bring Me the Horizon Music to Listen to...
I like to pretend that this just doesn't exist.
1/5
Best Song: Lol | 7 | | Bring Me the Horizon Suicide Season
Has some decent tracks, but is too all over the place to be enjoyable as a whole. I liked this a whole more in high school than I did recently when giving it another shot.
2.5/5
Best Song: Suicide Season | 6 | | Bring Me the Horizon Amo
I know some people will defend this album to death, but it just doesn't land for me. It has no real flow, and it doesn't even seem like the band themselves knew what kind of album they wanted to make.
2.5/5
Best Song: Heavy Metal (feat. Rahzel) | 5 | | Bring Me the Horizon Count Your Blessings
Kinda funny to listen to this one nowadays; I really like their early heaviness but the lack of maturity and variety can make this a grating album to get through.
2.5/5
Best Song: Pray For Plagues | 4 | | Bring Me the Horizon That's the Spirit
If I was just judging this album's hits, then it'd probably be higher. Personally though, I find this to be incredibly front-loaded.
3/5
Best Song: Doomed | 3 | | Bring Me the Horizon Post Human: Survival Horror
Easily their hardest hitting release in years. Their blend of new sounds and old will probably satisfy a lot of people, and there are no subjectively "bad" songs. I just wish it was a little bit longer.
4/5
Best Song: Dear Diary (let's just pretend the breakdown doesn't sound similar to a certain unnamed Deftones song...) | 2 | | Bring Me the Horizon There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It...
1 and 2 are pretty much a toss-up, but this album is definitely their darkest and most mature.
4/5
Best Song: Alligator Blood | 1 | | Bring Me the Horizon Sempiternal
In my opinion, their strongest and most consistent album. Love it or hate it (even if they weren't the first to do it), this album inspired a lot of copycat bands/albums because of how successful their blend of metalcore and synthesizers worked.
4/5
Best Song: Go to Hell, For Heaven's Sake | |

11.02.20 | 7 is criminally low imo, but I respect your hot take. I would place it just above Post Human, and I would also switch 1 & 2... the rest of the ranking I definitely agree with though. |
