01.02.18 | the 2 live shows from august 31 and oct,2 are great, the aug 31 show from Montreaux is very jazzy, all the songs have alternate lyrics, Ozzys voice is mixed slightly higher than the band, weird for the first song after that I didnt notice it as much maybe fixed or got used to it easly, otherwise it sounded pretty well recorded | wham49
01.02.18 | so far besides the PAranoid release I have gotten through SPinal tap, which I new what it would be, great fun, although I like the live songs in the movie more than the studio version of most of the songs. Porcupine tree/ signify, which is amazing,just enough of all the different genres they hit on to blend together perfectly, ALice Cooper/ easy action. Good not great, but has all the elements of the ACG moving forward, a vast improvement from their debut, have very blatant tips of the hat to their buddies and mentors the Stooges and The Doors. Te Bends is ok, not a huge fan of early Radiohead, I like the newer stuff much better, and the Offspring Splinter, it is Offspring for sure. I gave it to my daughter for her collection |
