The return of a format literally no one missed - with preferred Christmas gift ideas for y'all. Sort of in reverse order of awfulness, with Ryan Adams as 'best' and Royal Blood as the absolute unequivocal most butt awful demo quality heap of shit I ever did hear. Enjoy!
A great year for music but for balance to remain in the Force that means, yes, also a huge crop of really terrible albums were released in 2017. Trap fans in particular, look away now...
* I understand this will be accused of being premature but:
1. I'm not sure I want to listen to any more bad 2017 albums.
2. If I do find more bad albums I can always add them to the list later.
Ed, the Lorde has its fans for sure and it is the album I tried hardest with on this list (I'll have spun it around ten times) - I just really don't like it now, in fact if I'd only given it a few listens it would have kept a 2/5 and avoided this indignity. It actually grew off me.
