Friday13th 06.19.14	@OurDailyFred no insult to you, dude. Everyone comes here to explore more music and dig deeper into what they already like. I think Breaking Benjamin was in my top 5 a while back. From the start I could tell you like "melodic" metal, so if you're digging 9 and 10 you have to listen to Dream Theater - Images and Words.

Mythodea 06.19.14	Nice to see you dig Rush and Porcupine Tree. You will eventually start liking Opeth. At first they seem chaotic, but then something will cling inside your head. At least that's what happened with me. At first I couldn't stand them. Also, pluh-ease check Pain of Salvation - Remedy Lane. I really want to know what you think.

Sabrutin 06.19.14	Nice to see you dig Rush [47834783] For Queensryche, keep in mind that their best albums are the first five (especially Rage for Order, Operation: Mindcrime and Empire, because the rest is harder to get into). Then they went downhill (not everything is horrible, but most of it is). They born again with the last self titled though.

elcrawfodor 06.20.14	If you like Rush, go with Dream Theater's Images and Words plus Metropolis Pt 2. And Haken (not their first album since you don't do growls). As for the growling, that's just how it is at first. I hated Opeth when I first heard The Leper Affinity, came back to it months later and it slowly grew on me and now they're one of my all time favorites (they're great in the right atmosphere, especially in Winter). Check their album Damnation, it's their take on softer prog without growls and it's fantastic.
