07.13.17 | Big 6 are probably Pink Floyd, Rush, Yes, Genesis, King Crimson and ... Jethro Tull? Even though Pink Floyd and Jethro Tull are hardly prog at all and Rush haven't been as essential in the creation of the style (they were a bit too late for that). Now that I think about it, King Crimson gave up being progressive rock in their tone at the latest after Lizard.
Anyway, nice list. Their albums would be hard for me to rank, but 4 is my 1 (boring opinion I know). My 3 favorite songs of theirs are Starless, Lizard and Epitaph (no order). |
