shoegaze / gothic. I've hyped these guys to Sput more than any other band and I will continue to do so. ahead of their upcoming second album Fake End they've released a NYP 2-track single. their debut album Ultra Silvam is also still NYP.

folk metal / black metal. I guess these guys made their entire back catalog NYP fairly recently. solid Agalloch worship that has gotten progressively better with each release. they just put out a new album on Monday which isn't NYP but is honestly one of the best albums I've heard all year.

melodic black metal. excellent band that got hyped to hell for a week or so here on Sput and then kinda fell off, which sucks because this album is spectacular. there's one sound-off claiming it's no longer NYP but as of right now it is.
