americanohno 04.29.12	movies I watched the past few days: PRIMAL FEAR pretty good ed norton and richard gere are good in it and it's a good movie y'know just a lil' cliche i guess. L.A. CONFIDENTIAL damn good movie man. LONE STAR great goddamn movie man. INTO THE ABYSS a werner herzog doc about the death penalty and tragedy set in the hellhole that is conroe, texas. although buried hatchet stout is brewed there and that's good shit, and I hear the lake near there is nice but mostly conroe is just a good place to get shot or raped* the movie's good though. *I'm mostly kidding about conroe but seriously ask anyone that knows you stay out of montgomery county if you can.

paxman 04.30.12	I also watched Into The Abyss recently. It's a decent documentary, although I don't really see what compelled Werner Herzog to do it. The story isn't that fascinating. I live not too far from there, but yeah it's a shithole. And Primal Fear is one of my favorite movies.

americanohno 04.30.12	it's a john sayles movie about a lawman of a texas bordertown who is the son of a legendary texas ranger and believes his father is connected to the murder of brutal and corrupt sherriff. it's real great.
