FLCL... zomg love it so much. And i dont remember a damn thing about rurouni kenshin. You should check out Outlaw Star, it's another 1 season anime. one of my favorites.

Acanthus 07.06.11	List isn't bad but has a few anime's that are far overhyped, 2 being the main contender. I can completely agree that Bleach is shit, and Naruto was drawn out far past being enjoyable. I haven't seen enough of Blood+ to give a verdict, but I do believe that if you give kudos to Bebop that the same must be given to Death Note (due to the psychological aspect of the plot). And Claymore =/=, can NEVER EQUAL, Elfen Lied.
AngelofDeath 07.06.11	As I stated earlier, Elfen Lied is the precise embodiment of the avergage anime fan. As far as motifs about not fitting in, I think Claymore does a better job and is overall much more interesting.
Acanthus 07.06.11	I am of the opinion that Claymore feels forced after the first few episodes dialogue wise, the action begins to take center stage and the plot is lessened because of it. As for your Elfen Lied statement I can agree, but I really enjoy the anime for the blood actually.

Acanthus 07.06.11	They want to wrap the manga farther into the anime this time, so there's talk of a film on the 'net as well as the Wikipedia page. I don't know what the animation would be like though, the original anime had a classic feel to it. I need to read the manga, just keep forgetting.
