09.03.10 | Well, I believe Unplugged is the definitive Nirvana album, haha. Also, it received just as much praise, probably more than Bleach and In Utero. If you make an exception for Cash, you should also do so for Nirvana, because MTVU simply does not deserve to be left out.

09.03.10 | Nagrarok - So I've heard (that MTVU - Nirvana is probably their best album)...but I made the exception for Johnny Cash because I've never been able to figure out which one is more revered. Also, those were among the first times those songs had been recorded, and may in fact be more well-known than any of his studio albums. In Nirvana's case, almost all the songs from MTVU are just acoustic versions of songs found on the other three albums.
Also, I'm almost certain that if I were to include it, there wouldn't be much of a contest over it ;-) |
