12.04.25 | Good, there still might be killer albums to come. This is basically the first 11 items on my voting ballot, the rest of which you wouldn't like to see (lol). Morthar is good, surprisingly catchy for a bm album.
@Platy 2 is filthy and varied alot, I certainly recommend it. This is the album that kicked off my recent bm phase. The others... I think my picks for best tracks illustrate their merits well, check them sometime. I suspect Violent Vira would have ended up here as well if I had listened to that album. |

12.07.25 | Okay, a small update on 10. I picked the opener for the best track initially, mostly for the symphonic intro. Some listens later I'd rather stick with Serpents or Nen Cenedril for the riffs, but the opener still sounds the most evil of them so it's a tossup.
I'm planning to make a revised ranking at the end of the year anyway. |
