03.03.25 | The new Great American Ghost is the most phenomenal modern metalcore I’ve heard in years. |
costofnothing
03.03.25 | Razel Got Her Wings-Expressing Pain Through Misery
A short little ep that kicks ass, they also have an LP "Reaching Serenity" which is pretty good.
If you're interested in newer stuff just check out The Coming Strife on bandcamp, a new UK metalcore revival label with some pretty cool bands like Cauldron, Durendal, and Killing Me Softly. Everything people have already suggested here is pretty essential too.

03.04.25 | @fearthyevil Progression Through Unlearning is dope, v much an album with riffs that BITE and an impressive level of heat considering they're still within the harshness levels of genuine punk/lighter end hardcore. Also jammed Frontierer and I remember once before being wildly divided on them and not much has changed. I respect the dedication to city-leveling chugs and zany unpredictable guitar sounds but it does kind of ride on a shock value factor imo |

03.04.25 | Actually immensely shocked at just how much underground core I've missed out on in my life, feeling like I've predominantly just rode off the big names so this is like, a FREAKY number of recs lmao |
