09.16.24 | I've watched some terrible football, from many teams, though the years. Even teams that have gone 0-16. But the Panthers of this year and last year are somehow the very worst I've ever witnessed. They have no heart, no fight. It's a soulless going-through-the-motions every Sunday for 3 hours, and I keep putting myself through it because I'm a diehard fan who's been there since Kerry Collins and Wesley Walls. Something about this franchise just feels hopeless now. QB1 is a bust, owner is a moron, we're thin on proven talent on either side of the ball, and we're on our 7th coach in 6 years. I think to other franchises who've objectively had it worse for longer than us, such as the Lions/Browns etc, and can only hope that we experience a Dan Campbell-esque turnaround sooner rather than later. Because this shit is killing my mood weekly. |
