05.13.24 | so dope to see some Adult Swim love, especially for the classic 90s/early 2000s stuff. all those shows never get old for me, i have most of em on DVD. my faves on this list are 1, 2, 4, and 5. did you happen to catch recently when Adult Swim was streaming an entire season of Space Ghost on YouTube for the show's 30th anniversary? that was so fun to watch, with the live chat and everything. it's been super slow at work lately, so that was the perfect thing to occupy me that day haha.
A few others I think definitely deserve mention are 12 oz Mouse, The Venture Bros, Superjail!, Home Movies, and Tim and Eric Awesome Show (not a cartoon, but still a brilliant Adult Swim show). 12 oz Mouse is probably my #1 if i had to choose. it's really a work of genius when you're really paying attention.

05.14.24 | saw the first movie in theaters and it was awesome lol. I used to throw multiple seasons on in the background for pass out material, the later seasons get better the more you watch them I initially kinda lost interest after the 4th season buut have grown fond of the entire series. while i do think season 2-3 are peak aquateen i don't think the show ever truely nosedived in quality, never really took itself seriously and remained consistently irrelevant. aqua teen phatasm wasn't near as good as the first movie buut I've gotta give it like 10 rewatches before I'm fully set on it, the latest season was pretty good but needed more than five episodes.
