Technical melodeath

A style I'm seeing more and more bands doing, so I thought I'd compile a list of my favourites. Open to new recs of course.
1Inferi (USA)
The Path of Apotheosis

Top tier riffs and melodies, good stuff
2The Black Dahlia Murder
Nightbringers

RIP Trevor
3Arsis
A Celebration of Guilt

One of the earlier innovators, never topped their first album and EP.
4Obscura
A Valediction

Lots of tasty acoustic and melodic passages in their technical wizardry
5Allegaeon
Elements of the Infinite

Probably the most popular band in this style other than TBDM.
6Bloodshot Dawn
Demons

UK based band with 2 great albums and a slightly sub-par third release
7Quo Vadis
Defiant Imagination

Another early innovator of this style, sadly not around anymore
8Shadow Of Intent
Melancholy

Pretty much shed all of their deathcore elements from here onwards.
9Black Crown Initiate
Violent Portraits of Doomed Escape

More influenced by progressive metal but still has a lot of melody to it, as well as some pretty good clean singing.
