03.20.22 | My road trip albums of choice seem to be double albums, a lot of the time. The Wall is one of my favorites in this regard, simply because it's my favorite double album of all time, while Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is long enough that it makes the longer trips I take feel like they fly by. Both very effective road trip albums, in many ways. |

@zak hell yeah you should. This trip was born as much out of necessity as for the experience, but the plan is to one day do a North-South pilgrimage from Chicago to New Orleans via Nashville, Memphis and Clarksdale, just to visit the cradles of American music. |

And yeah we're hitting both Utah and Nevada. I used to live in LA and have roadtripped to Vegas a couple of times so I have an idea of what Nevada's like, but this will be my first time in Utah. |
