Spent the first couple weeks of this year sifting through Nov/Dec 2020 releases so haven't heard anything from 2021 yet. Presumptive fav is upcoming Ad Nauseam album cause that new song is otherworldly good.
@david - War metal is a bm style with heavy dm influence that lacks the melodicism of "blackened dm", consists of short(ish), chaotic songs set at very fast tempos and generally has a muddy, bass-y overall sound. Genre staples are Blasphemy, Conqueror, Beherit and Archgoat.
