Band Updates + Some Current Digs

I started hitting something off with some friends of mine a couple months ago, and we recorded our jam sessions for Youtube. We were scheduled for a third session until our primary guitarist moved to Mississippi due to a job offer he couldn't and shouldn't have refused (which he didn't thankfully). It was a bit out of left field, but we're still hitting things off and are even more committed than ever to get things officially going for us. He's been making good money and has been saving for solid equipment, and he and his boss are opening a studio/record company with a huge settlement that's in progress from a car accident his boss was in. He also has connections out there to really kick start a following which we've already established a small following on YouTube and Facebook friends/family/coworkers. We've all been recording/sending music samples to each other to keep things going while everything is in development, and before we know it, we'll be writing official songs and creating demos before we do touring and gigs! Hard to believe how just earlier this year, I was beginning to doubt the possibility of pursuing these dreams then finally have that chance over the course of couple months! I'm sure plenty of you have enjoyed this kind of success at some point or another and probably have a good idea on the excitement factor out of this, but I promise I'm not nosediving into any of this. I'm a smart guy financially and have plans set in place and won't burn bridges with anyone should our band settle out in Mississippi or Florida, wherever is best for us (most likely MI but depends on things. Could even be both depending on connections).
1Demilich
Nespithe

We'll be playing a variety of styles but primarily metal, specifically the likes of doom metal, death metal, and black metal with other genres as influence or accents.
2Vio-Lence
Oppressing the Masses

Mike (Baphomet666) and I are jamming out this Friday and are recording/uploading it. I got a better mic for recording and have been toying around with the sound mixer on my editing software so I promise it won't be mono channel audio this time! I swearsies!
3Behemoth
Demigod

Instead of focusing on song covers like we did with "Breaking The Law" on our second jam session, we're focusing more on creating cohesive material since we've been refining our chemistry together.
4Children of Bodom
Are You Dead Yet?

Feel free to check out my YouTube channel. Once we get rolling on demos and stuff, we'll have a separate website and YouTube channel for that, but you can also check mine out for other future content.
