It's the 30th day of the month, I don't see myself listening to any more March releases tomorrow so I figured now's as good a time as any to catch you guys up on the good and the bad from March.
Going to cram a bunch of the lower ratings into one entry to get this all to fit in one list

This album is fucking dogshit. Absolutely terrible attempt at commercial heavy metal, there isn't a thing memorable from this other than the bad taste in my mouth
More 2's:
Mark Morton - Anesthetic
In Flames - I, the Mask
Any Given Day - Overpower
Appearance of Nothing - In Times of Darkness
Vltimas - Something Wicked Marches In

The March mac daddy. The best power metal album since Twilight Force's Tales of Ancient Prophecies. A total earworm from start to finish with songs about GoT instead of fucking LotR for a change of pace
top notch list as usual.
found the new Csejthe a bit underwhelming. need to check the new Prostitute Disfigurement and Disgruntled Anthropophagi albums.
Absolutely love the vocals and the atmosphere on that Iron Griffin album, but man does the instrumentation suck in parts...
check: Ultra Silvam - The Spearwound Salvation (short album, but it riffs hard)
Lycanthropus was on my Feb list! Rym has it as released on the 23rd.
I don't think the new Csejthe is as good as the last one for sure, and yeah the Iron Griffin could be a bit off instrumentally at points but the full length is sooo much better now that he got an actual vocalist and it isn't a one man project. Also will check Ultra Sivam today
Anything super close to it, not off the top of my head. Flamen has pretty similar riffing and tone at points where it gets real high pitched but the production overall is a little better than Lycanthropus.
Excellent work Nazzadan. Love these lists. Album art for Orpheus Omega made me skeptical, but there are some absolute melodeath gems on there. Now on to Nightrage.
