One of my favorite foods of all time, cheese is a daily staple for my meal plans whether paired with juicy, tender meats or as is. It's also quite nutritious, several of which considered a low sodium food and packed with milk fat, protein, and calcium. What's your favorite cheese? Let me know down in the comment section.

One Step Closer
Whole milk mozzarella. Rich and creamy, truly a delicious cheese and a staple for me.

A String Cheese Incident
Smoked gouda. The bacon of cheeses, it's smokey and creamy and arguably my favorite cheese. Makes for a killer chicken Parmesan and for pizza.
|3||The String Cheese Incident|
Pepper jack. Fairly sharp with a spicy kick. Perfect for burgers.

Born on the Wrong Planet
Muenster. You'll never look at grilled cheese sammiches again once you use this instead of american cheese. Also really good on cold subs.

Song in my Head
Smoked provolone. This + turkey + mayo + a fresh french roll = heaven.
American Cheeseburger 7"
Colby jack. Mellow like mild cheddar but with a less salty taste. Also a good burger cheese or by itself.
Lounge Against The Machine
Swiss cheese. Not crazy about it by itself, but the famous turkey and swiss combination is great. Also good for grilled cheese.
Sharp cheddar. One of the more versatile cheeses around, sports a distinctively salty, sharp flavor and is ideal by itself, on grilled cheese, and with wine. Good stuff. White is really good too and is a bit creamier.
Peace and Quiet
Asiago cheese. A melty, savory cheese. Absolutely delicious.
Havarti, blue, feta, brie, cottage (the healthiest of these), cream cheese, edam, goat, american, monterey jack, etc. I've had each of these at one point, and they're all pretty good too.
|Let's cut to the cheese and discuss swiss ones are the goat.|

|Well, some evidence suggests that cheese might be associated with a greater risk of getting prostate cancer and a lower risk of getting colorectal cancer, choose your fate. CRC tends to be deadlier, so yeah, cheez 4 evah|
