06.06.18 | Idk I find listening to stuff you're unfamiliar with at the gym (no matter how intense it might be) is kinda counter-productive.
Like I don't think I've ever jammed something for the first time at the gym and had a better workout because said music was really good. A lot times I'll tend to half-ass those workouts because I'm just not getting pumped at all from it because I have no connection to it but that's just me. |
