Dewi's LPs are all over the place

When I say I dig a lot of music I really mean the most incongruent and inconsistent taste in music one could wish for. Years pass and I keep opening to new genres, lately and in great measure, thanks to Sput, so well, here is my stock. Let me see yours friends. EDIT: Changed vynils to LPs because theSpaceman felt itchy ;)
Songs from the edge of the wing

Got this last sunday, and absolute blast to find it in the shop. Laid back chill trippy rock with female vocals.
2King Woman
Created in the Image of Suffering

Probably my AOTY.

Hated by many, worshipped by many, I personally love it.
4Coheed and Cambria
No World For Tomorrow

Definitely my favorite output from the band.
5The Soulbreaker Company

Just added it to the database on mobile and it wasn't fun. Anyway, psych rock from Spain. Also a gift.
6Florence and the Machine

Her very best. Drumming Song forever.
7Black Sabbath

Believe it or not, this is the first album I heard from Sabbath. I remember I was like 15, my friend got Cowboys From Hell and I got this one. Tony Martin is a hell of a singer.

30th Anniversary pressing, legendary japanese band. Robinson is my karaoke classic on the 5th drink.
9Dub War
Wrong Side of Beautiful

Good 90s memories.
Perfect Darkness

Inspirational album for my own music. You heard it on The Walking Dead, maybe.
11Mahavishnu Orchestra

With orchestra and everything, the London one.
...And the Circus Leaves Town

Still hunting Sky Valley though...
The Threshing Floor

Folk wonder.
Out of this World

Ok, so here it is when things get weird. Well, I was 10 when I got this album...
The Final Countdown

But I was 9 when this shit absolutely blew my tiny little mind, it was 1989. This and the one above are the originals I got at that age. They have traveled long and wide with me.
Wings of Tomorrow

And last sunday found this for 10 bucks. I originally had it on cassette.
Prisoners in Paradise

Oh and also and original, but don't fret these are nothing compared to what is coming.
18Led Zeppelin
The Song Remains The Same

I just wanted to listen to Stairway to Heaven...
19The Strokes
First Impressions of Earth

Not a big fan of them but I do love this record.
20Silversun Pickups

Stellar album.
21Crippled Black Phoenix
A Love of Shared Disasters

Not my favourite from them but good album. Love the artwork.

Jazz flamenco doom from southern Spain. I have shared stage twice with them, great dudes.
Psyence Fiction

One of my favourite bands, one of the records I like less. Unpopular opinion.
24Yawning Sons
Ceremony to the Sunset

A fortunate gift. Incredible album.
Burning Off Impurities

The band I always wanted to play in.
Deep Politics

And they never called me.
27Steve Von Till/Scott Kelly/Wino
Songs of Townes Van Zandt

Half Neurosis + Wino doing country. What can I say? Heartfelt present.

Needless to say, I didn't stop in Europe.
29Kingdom Come
In Your Face

German Zeppelin impersonators but gotta love it.
30Rage Against the Machine
The Battle of Los Angeles

Sounds great on vinyl, for real!

My favourite album of all time.

And any thing she does.
Distance and Time

More inspiration.
34St. Germain

Took me one month to realize I missed the second record when I boughtit for 1 buck.
Never, Never, Land

Another all time favourite.
36Massive Attack

My introduction to trip hop.
37Ben Howard
I Forget Where We Were

His darkest. His best. Huge respect for this guy.
38Emma Ruth Rundle
Marked For Death

Last year's AOTY along with Mariner. Thanks to Relinquished that introduced me to her music.
39Youth Code
Commitment to Complications

Got it last sunday but haven't spun it yet, industrial?
40Bon Iver
Bon Iver, Bon Iver

Turning point in my life.
41Bon Iver
For Emma, Forever Ago

One of the albums that had the biggest impact on the way I see home recording. It changed everything.

Not for everybody.
Street Ready

The most underrated heavy metal band by a long shot. Total classic (and horrible cover).
Leatherwolf (1987)

Cause it wasn't enough.
Sonic Prayer

Budgie's guitar coach and stoner for days. Vinyl is greenly beautiful.
46House of Lords

Another gem from my dark past. Superb album though.
47Deep Purple

Don't know how I got this.
48Godspeed You! Black Emperor
Slow Riot for New Zero Kanada

Fucked up the name and disappeared, should be on top. Oh well...
