"people acting like liquid swords is a solo album" this definitely makes me reconsider my pick because so much of Liquid Swords' quality is owed to the production but every other great Wu "solo" album is also a strongly collaborative effort, mostly between RZA and the MC. so i guess when making these considerations you gotta factor out features and production and just focus on the main MC's contributions; even with all this, i still gotta give GZA #1.

jmh886 04.23.15	i would maybe put rae at 3, but gza and ghost def top him for me. rae's material is better than meth's, but meth kills almost every verse he's had as a guest or on wu albums. but that could go either way. his verse on house of flying daggers is probably my favorite.
