12.18.14 | yeah you're probably right, i've been slacking on punk since 2010 really. didn't listen to really anything this year outside of Fucked Up, which I loved (both releases). any 1-2 on this list I should check? my taste in modern punk is mostly along the Propagandhi and Strung Out variety (older punkish stuff i dig Misfits, Bad Religion, Husker Du, The Wipers and others)
also not sure you've heard these since they're not on this list (and maybe you have and just didn't dig them that much) but a few 2014 releases I've dug are Emptiness, Boris, Irreversible, Rippikoulu, Horseback and Burial Hordes. |
