I like Ants of the Sky the most because it has the heaviest part on the album, which goes into the Dream Theater-esque breakdown around 2:30 (I think) and that jazz guitar solo and that amazing country-hoedown part. The acoustic guitar solo in that section of the song is quite impressive too.
