my god those photos are amazing. Such clarity especially considering the age of the equipment used. Really makes it look... real for want of a better word.

"Well, you can't spell carnation without carnal."
"Actually, you can't spell carnation with carnal. Then it would be carnaltion."
One of my majors is English Lit.

I actually have a suggestion in Hispanic:

Julio Cortázar-Hopscotch (Rayuela)
Heard of it?

English recommendations:
Timothy Findley-The Wars, or Headhunter.
Basically the best Canadian author. My favourite anyway.
+one billion on the Findley recommendation

I'm glad to see you enjoyed Headhunter so much.

Mr. Pickle 06-10-2009 02:46 AM

So should I buy this for $320?

i wouldn't.

Mr. Pickle 06-10-2009 03:49 AM

Because of the price, or because you have no interest in a Wii?

Mr. Pickle 06-10-2009 04:22 AM

I just get my XO POG like a month ago, and they're already coming out with the POG2. Damn you EHX for being so awesome.

karmapavementplan 06-10-2009 06:06 AM

I have a Wii - big waste of money. 90% of games are just ports from PS2 - So either get a PS2 for like Ł20 or get an Xbox 360 with good games for like the same price as the wii.

FunkMetalBass 06-10-2009 09:04 AM

The wii is great for drunk party games. I'd get it for that reason alone.

EDIT: Wait, I have it.

I also do the Wii Fit yoga every morning for about 20 minutes.

I can't wait for Microsoft's new console next year - it'll blow everything else out of the water.

You know I did.
I tell a lot of people about it.
Did you know Findley wrote a play about the trials of Ezra Pound?

Natal isn't a new counsel. lawl
Natal isn't a new counsel. lawl
I wouldn't expect it to be a counsel at all. That would be overstepping far too many boundaries on MS's part.

It was explained to me as a new console, but upon further reading, it sounds more like a giant Wii sensor bar that connects to an Xbox.

Still cool nonetheless.

Mr. Pickle 06-10-2009 02:31 PM

Did you watch "Milo's World," FMB?

BassVirtuoso 06-10-2009 03:20 PM

How much do you think I can get for a used Schecter Elite 4?

Cramboli 06-10-2009 03:24 PM

I first managed to catch just the last part of your avatar and had (still have) no idea wtf was going on... What kind of condition?

Mr. Jiggy Fly 06-10-2009 03:44 PM

Tripp, in your avatar are you on the right or left?

Efrim 06-10-2009 03:45 PM

Middle

Mr. Jiggy Fly 06-10-2009 03:49 PM

Oh I see now.

I feel like he should change his location to "on a boat."

No, what's it called?

On a vaguely related note, I picked up a copy of this yesterday:

Both? Yeah both...

FunkMetalBass 06-10-2009 04:27 PM

The laws of physics are broken in your avatar. I'm pretty sure the string somehow gets longer after the kid swings. Is it taffy or something that is supposed to stretch out like that?

Yeah, it's like Ninja Warrior only they can completely swim around the obstacles and not get a time penalty or be disqualified THAT'S AWESOME

Never heard of Ninja Warrior.

All I know is that watching people fail over and over again on these obstacles is absolutely hilarious.

If they couldn't move on after failing at these first round obstacles, they'd never finish. Never.

I love buying music. I bought 6 albums yesterday.
