Best Music
for everyone who listens to all kinds of music, what is the best of it all and what is the worst of it all?
|
This question is just vague enough to work
|
The best is "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes. The worst is pretty obvious.
|
The worst is In The Closet by R. Kelly.
|
You've got your list upside down.
|
lmao @ whoever stickied this.
|
The worst is In The Closet by R. Kelly.
 That's the best thing ever. |
I think this thread doesn't deserve a sticky.
It deserves an announcement! |
But I can't make those.
|
That's the best thing ever.
I can't wait to see the next part of that video  |
I can't wait to see the next part of that video
I've seen all 5  In a row  |
IAJP is silly.
You could be queueing for the new Harry Potter book instead of wasting your time here! |
Even better, I COULD BE LISTENING TO EXTRACTS FROM IT ON BBC!
Oh ****. |
That's what I just did
|
Any good?
I lost interest when Harry's godfather or whatever died, what the hell was the point? The new one looks to be pretty crappy. |
Meh. Extracts always sound pretty bad.
|
Joss Stone,
ROFL Shaggy. |
Any good?
ROFL
Shaggy.
What? If it's good pop music then it goes in there. Joss Stone is good pop music, hence her going in there. |
Cedric's dying had more of a "darkening" effect than Sirius' ever did. I didn't even notice he had died until a few pages later.
But I can't make those.
Why not? |
I actually can't wait to see the film version of the 4th book, that'd be interesting.
But on topic, I just got some good Urban cd's. I got an obscure Bob Marley greatest hits for £2 too . |
This is amazing.
|
Why not?
I guess I just thought I couldn't. |
I've seen all 5
In a row
Me too. So is there only 5, and that's it? I really dug it, but uh, I have some issues with the plot. |
They need a part 6, coz that cop's gotta get his.
|
I heart this thread.
|
Yeah, this thread changed my life <3
|
I've seen all 5
In a row
 I've only seen the first part, where he nearly shoots the guy. |
Yeah, this thread changed my life <3
I was blind, now I can see. |
Before I started using the best and worst thread to decide my musical tastes, I was balding, depressed, had poor complexion and drank a lot. Now, I look like Elvis, early Elvis, not Vegas Elvis. My ***** has also added several inches of girth. Thanks best and worst thread!

King, Nat King Cole, Al Green, Eddy Grant, Isaac Hayes, The Rollin' Stones, Cream, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Jimmy Page (with Zeppelin too...) Dance & Electronica Mr. Fingers, Fatboy Slim, Grooverider, Goldie, DJ Fabio, Basement Jaxx, Underworld, Portishead, Lemon Jelly, Mr. Scruff, Storm, Kernkraft 400, Gary Numan, Ed Rush & Fierce, Kraftwerk.
a bit commercial isnt it? ok each to their own tastes etc etc :thumb: However, good call on Mr. scruff, Ed rush & Fierce, and Goldie. I would like to add, as some of the best at the moment: Friendly Krafty Kuts Plump Djs Paul Johnson Mylo Tayo High contrast Sharam Jey Deep dish Alloy mental Tom Middleton Tom Neville Daniel Taylor Ben watt Stanton warriors DJ yoda Keaton & Hive i could go on for hours.... In hip hop id also add The maroons, and Common |
Shouldn't the Rolling Stones be in rock? I mean, they did some blues. But I really liked their rock side better. And maybe there should be a "Classic Rock" section and a "Modern Rock" section? I dunno. We could end up with 30,000 lists.
|
People are taking this seriously?
|
You aren't?
