Official Coheed and Cambria Thread

As you may tell by my posts, I am fairly new here. But I was just wondering how many people here liked Coheed and Cambria...I think theyre pretty good.

cobert 02-10-2005 08:58 PM

his name is joe. but he likes it when people call him sally. its true.

People like them. people like me.

DJ Ducksauce 02-10-2005 08:59 PM

Co & Ca is awesome. I just got into them about a month ago. They are one of my favorite bands.

hey, you're not cory! 02-10-2005 08:59 PM

they are my favorite band....they're amazing

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:00 PM

Well I'm not like you at all....well actually I am a bit...but anyways...that thing about sally...it is indeed true.

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:00 PM

cobert 02-10-2005 09:00 PM

IKSOSE:3.

I had sstb, but i listened to it once and my sister lost it.

Pazz 02-10-2005 09:01 PM

My friend likes them. I haven't really listened to them. At his house I have. He will probably be posting in this thread later on.

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:03 PM

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:03 PM

cbmartinez 02-10-2005 09:04 PM

I liked Coheed. Then after the 283729579 threads that were made about them in pop-punk, I began to not like them.

True Story.

hey, you're not cory! 02-10-2005 09:06 PM

i love coheed and yes, i'm getting very bored with all the threads about them to, but that doesn't hinder my love for the band

DJ Ducksauce 02-10-2005 09:07 PM

I like IKSSE:3 better. I haven't really listened that much to SSTB because I got it a bout a week ago and I usally just listen to Devil in Jersey City or Delirium Trigger.

cobert 02-10-2005 09:08 PM

there was some freaky **** in delirium trigger.

hey, you're not cory! 02-10-2005 09:09 PM

Neverender is their best overall song, if someone wanted to know what they sounded like in one song that would be it

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:09 PM

cobert...you still have to..."borrow" me that album

cobert 02-10-2005 09:10 PM

indeed i do.

TMA 02-10-2005 09:13 PM

I'm getting tired of having to say this, but:
Best f*cking band ever, IMO.
Ever since I heard Delirium Trigger for the first time, I have loved them. I've seen them twice now, and I'm going to be seeing them again the next time they roll into town.
I think SSTB is the better of the two albums. While IKSSE:3 has a few of those epic tracks (such as The Crowing or the title song), I think that SSTB is a bit more consistant with that sound.
So, PeenkPhloide, since you're new, I just want to ask you something about Co&Ca... well, two things kind of:
1. Do you know about the Co&Ca story at all?
2. If so, how much of it do you know/think you know?

TMA 02-10-2005 09:14 PM

I am currently obsessed with that song and God Send Conspirator. Yes, Neverender does really say what they sound like overall, but I also just love the art and beauty behind GSC.

cobert 02-10-2005 09:15 PM

yes, he knows. i told him everything i think of it.

hey, you're not cory! 02-10-2005 09:16 PM

God Send is fantastic too....honestly they haven't released a song i don't like...some of their unreleased stuff is a bit 'meh' though

anything right now...doh

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:18 PM

cob, do tell when you decide to post before me, so i dont look like a dummass

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:26 PM

Is Co&Cam actually pop-punk? I think the genre changes with some songs. I've actually heard them referred to as Arena Emo once...

hey, you're not cory! 02-10-2005 09:29 PM

arena emo doesn't exist

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:31 PM
arena emo doesn't exist
well yea...i kinda figured it didnt exist...it sounded kinda silly.

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:32 PM

hey, you're not cory! 02-10-2005 09:34 PM

PeenkPhloide 02-10-2005 09:35 PM
