I've found lately that I like stuff a lot more when piano/keyboard is integrated into the music, making my love of Dream Theater grow, along with a lot of other bands too.
You know it, my new music is all about that, when I get signed you can buy it.. :)

Storm In A Teacup 07-29-2006 01:55 PM

Haha, sure thing. ;)

Jessizzle 07-29-2006 01:56 PM

7th grade feels like a lifetime ago :upset:
I actually liked both of those books and I agree that school literature is horrible. Every once in awhile a good book is pulled.
I'm gonna go to Pink Monkey and see if it helps me understand it more then try reading it again.

I've been trying to come up with some covers of different songs on piano. It's fun.

Jess: Nice. My mom actually saves a whole bunch of mine. I bet I could probably find a 7th grade> one.

Jessizzle 07-29-2006 01:59 PM

I know, it also means, i havnt played out of this book since then.

School feels forever away from for me.

SO does college actully

Uni soon though :D:D:D:D

Jessizzle 07-29-2006 02:02 PM

12ish

Understanding In a Crash 07-29-2006 02:02 PM

I really never understood why they referred to high school as college over there :upset:

I do like University over the word college though.

Firecracker 07-29-2006 02:06 PM

High school isn't college, college is sixth form, ages 16-18.
Or your high school is like no time.

Understanding In a Crash 07-29-2006 02:06 PM

16-18 is basically high school in my mind because freshmen don't really count :D

Firecracker 07-29-2006 02:09 PM

uuum...What?
That's just stupid. Normally people stay in their secondary school for the sixth form, what's the point in moving schools/colleges for 3 years??
eeehhhh /almightily confused

Storm In A Teacup 07-29-2006 02:20 PM

In my school it's system is weird.

Kindergarten-5th grade is in one building

6-7th grade about 5 miles away from first building

8th grade in the same lot as kindergarten-5th grade building

9-10th grade a mile and a half from kindergarten-5th and 8th grade

then finally 11-12th grade building, which I'm going into this year, is about two miles from the 6-7th and farther from the other buildings

Jessizzle 07-29-2006 02:23 PM

Understanding In a Crash 07-29-2006 02:24 PM

Nice, easy, simple.

Jessizzle 07-29-2006 02:26 PM

Untitled 07-29-2006 02:27 PM

Primary school 4-11
highschool 11-16
(optional) college 16-18/19

I think thats simple enough, and you can drop at at 16, only the idiots seem to do that though.

It's exactly how I viewed England. Like all of these roadies follow there favorite team (the lead role being chelsea) and they basically beat up everyone else whos defiant. Dan saw it, we talked about it briefly.

I liked L4YER CAKE.

Yeah, it used to be like that back in the 60's to 80's, not any more, you get some trouble, but its never bad any more. Thats all wayyyyyyyy exajerated from what ive seen.

England as a whole will be nothing like that.

ITs raining :) :)
