Daven 01-01-2008 11:55 AM

I really want to go to Russia.

Sup new year.

Tyr 01-01-2008 11:59 AM

As predicted, I'm mad hung-over.
hello komrade!
Товaрищ.

the2stranger 01-01-2008 01:25 PM

I'm crystal clear, no hang over at all.
Just had some chinese food for dinner, which was good.

Howe should I spend the rest of the evening?
LOTR III starts in a few minutes on tv,but I will prbably do a LOTR marathon next month.
So I don't think I'll do that.

Oh well.

Shattered_Future 01-01-2008 01:26 PM

Happy (late) New Year gents and ladies and Eliminators.

All nighters are fun. Chilled and listened to Incubus for a good hour or so at 4 in the morning, watched the ball drop, watched Spinal Tap...all good.

Now is time for nap...

Glitterati 01-01-2008 01:57 PM

Holy hell it's 2008.

I know man, I feel old! I'll be 26 tomorrow!

Tyr 01-01-2008 02:34 PM

I'll be the same in about five months. However, I don't feel particularly old.

Dimmu Burger 01-01-2008 02:37 PM
I'll be the same in about five months. However, I don't feel particularly old.
I guess its just the number that feels odd. I dont physically feel decrepid or anything.

Anglachel 01-01-2008 02:39 PM

So thats one year left until I get kicked out of the house

Dimmu Burger 01-01-2008 02:40 PM
So thats one year left until I get kicked out of the house
That sucks. My parents were very patient with me, luckily.

Tyr 01-01-2008 02:41 PM

My brother still lives with my parents, and he's 24. In his defense I must say that it's hard to get an apartment in Stockholm.

Anglachel 01-01-2008 02:41 PM

If I don't get into university right after getting all my high school credits, dad wants me out :o

If I do, I can stay all I want

what a retarded situation

Dimmu Burger 01-01-2008 02:45 PM

That is retarded, because if you don't get into university right away then you'll never be able to do it because you'll have to work full time to pay rent whereever you live.

the2stranger 01-01-2008 02:47 PM

I'm still studying and live with my folks.
I'll finish my study and in 1,5 years probabaly I'll leave the house and get an appartment.
Or I will travel, each way, I'll be out in less then two years.
So weird. :-\

It's nice to live on your own though, I really enjoyed my freedom in Norway.

plane 01-01-2008 02:51 PM

starbursts come with these new retro flavors and they're very bad

Tyr 01-01-2008 02:52 PM

Yeah, it's pretty sweet living all by yourself, but sometimes it can be a little lonely.

the2stranger 01-01-2008 02:55 PM
Yeah, it's pretty sweet living all by yourself, but sometimes it can be a little lonely.
That's why student rooms are pretty nice.
I had had 9 floormates in Norway, so that was nice.

But I like to be on my own, so I don't think I'd be bothered by the lonely part.

Tyr 01-01-2008 02:57 PM

I also like to be alone, but still...

the2stranger 01-01-2008 03:01 PM

Yeah, I can see your point.
I don't think I'll move very far once I move out.
I like the place where I live now.

Tyr 01-01-2008 03:04 PM

I live about 20 km from where I grew up, but it's a little tedious to get to my parents by public transport.

Dimmu Burger 01-01-2008 03:07 PM

I'm only a few miles from my parents house. It only takes 10 minutes to get there. I stayed in the area as well because i like the area.

the2stranger 01-01-2008 03:10 PM

My area is nice, lots of nature, but also enough stores and other stuff.

Dimmu Burger 01-01-2008 03:23 PM
My area is nice, lots of nature, but also enough stores and other stuff.
About the same here. I don't like the country or the city enough to go one way or another.
