My relationship is still alive

I miss her so much though :(

I didn't get mature enough for longer relationships until...actually I still might not be so I won't answer that :p

EDIT: Now when I see Freshman, they're 18 haha

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-27-2005 05:10 PM

Vince, does she not go to your college, or what?

It's ok, it won't get a whole lot worse than this.

I admit, was pretty immature about relationships and women until I landed in the relationship I am in now.

And yeah, all the freshmen I see now are 18 years old. And even though I sound like a complete jerk for saying this, but the crop of freshmen girls this year is very strong...a lot of lookers. I wouldn't trade my current girlfriend for anything in the world, but I have to say I kind of envy my single friends about now.

superpeer 08-27-2005 05:16 PM

Vince has a girlfriend??! How long have I been away? :*(

It has already gotten better now that she's not as busy doing all the back to school stuff. When she was moving in and doing forms...it was phone tag all day without ever getting in touch.

I think that's how it will be with me if this one doesn't disappear.

I'm lucky in that aspect to be on the honors campus. Not to be stereotypical, but smart girls generally are not as attractive. They're certainly not ugly, but they're not drop dead gorgeous either. Either way I wouldn't care though, I like my girlfriend.

EDIT: Refl Jelle

England got 477. Australia batted and got 218, then England forced the follow on and Australia finished the day at 222 for 4. So Australia trail by 37 runs going into the 4th day with 6 wickets remaining.

Looks like the Brits might finally win back the Ashes. :D

If you meant the ODI Series going on in Zimbabwe, New Zealand got 397 off 44 overs, and Zimbabwe in reply got 205. *giggles*

In the second ODI, New Zealand got 215 and in reply India got 164 all out, losing by 51 runs. :) While Shane Bond for New Zealand got 6 wickets for 19 runs off 9 overs.

I love cricket at the moment.

I had a dream the Allman Brothers played at my family reunion because I was related to Gregg Allman by marriage, and me and Oteil Burbridge did a bass solo together. Seriously, it was the greatest dream ever.

Then I woke up and realized that I wasn't actually related to Gregg Allman by marriage :upset:

Pfft..I'm totally a bard

On the topic of dreams though I rarely remember mine, so I don't have any good ones :(

superpeer 08-27-2005 06:35 PM

Last one I remember is that I was somewhere, a party or something, and I saw a guy. For some reason I thought he was Gollum, so I yelled 'THE PRECIOUS!!!' and I chased him, poor guy ran away, it probably wasn't him. :)

I always have cool, insane dreams. One time I watched my own brain surgery. That was cool.

Same here, only the ones that I do remember are all too embarrasing to retell. :shifty:

^ITT: Jake tries to start a featured songs series in Guitar. Please, if you're at all interested, post there. I figure there may be more people willing to do one here, due to the superior amount of intelligence located here, especially when compared to the guitar forum. :p They don't have to be as extensive as FA's, but I'd really like something like that to take off in Guitar, so read the thread at least, and post in it, plzkthx.

You've started school already? What grade are you in? I started 11th monday.

Illmatic 08-27-2005 08:43 PM

Vince is a sophomore or a junior or something in college.

Joe 08-27-2005 08:46 PM

Ah, that would be why they've started school already.

Only 7:40 there? I was just on vacation there. I went to UCLA and Pepperdine. good stuff

jpj 08-27-2005 08:51 PM

I start school on Monday :( My schedule sucks too. Second semester I have gym 1st block every day so I can smell for the rest of the day.
