I saw the Pixies on Austin City Limits last night. I was watching football so all I watched was "Debaser" since it is one of their best songs IMO. I agree with pixiesfanyo, much better recorded than live.

They're all business up there, hardly playful or wry, but they sound fantastic. And seeing "Vamos" live was orgasmic.

They're old as the hills. What do you expect?

I expected them to cybernetically enhanced robots made from a metallic alloy compound, one part adamantium, one part ****ing awesome. Is that unreasonable?
