I was implying that they were so bad I didn't even notice they were jokes :-\

Haha...Minor Threat's discography was shorter than that album I listened to I think :-\
I know, but you are still blind. :)

And a better example would be : Circle Jerks - Group Sex : 15 minutes or so, that's a regular album.

 That happens to me all the time with Sunn O))). I listen to another album by a different drone band that's three tracks and 80 minutes long haha.

Jom 10-27-2005 06:36 PM

ATTN: magicbus

A buddy sent me the infamous "Naked Gurz" picture. Good Lord, what in the world was going on there? Hahahaha.

Also, what happened to Slug? Is he still alive?

Lunch 10-27-2005 06:54 PM
You gotta feel for the SunO))) fans.

You could play the entire Ramones discography in the span of one of their songs.
*Ahem*....you gotta feel for the Grateful Dead live fans.

Jom: I don't know, I haven't seen him lately :-\

Sorry, I'll read your mind better next time.

Slug's been busy with work, I've heard.

Neurotoxin 10-27-2005 07:28 PM

I plan on writing a review of Solefald's Red For Fire - An Icelandic Odyssey Part I for my first contribution to Sputnik. Does anyone know if someone else hoped to review this album?

It's a little ironic because I'm listening to Phish right now, but as a rule Jam Bands = bad music to my ears.

Lunch 10-27-2005 07:33 PM

This guy's hilarious. "Bad music" is still cracking me up.

i am the robots 10-27-2005 07:40 PM

Dude, Grateful Dead blow, go listen to Behemoth, now.

NP: Behemoth - Temple of Evil

Dr. Jake Destructo 10-27-2005 07:40 PM
I hate how I'm listening to a 4 song album, but it's equivalent lengthwise to like 12 songs by a different band....my Last.fm gets so thrown off :-\
King Crimson is that way as well. I think it would be cool to have minutes played, rather than tracks played on Audioscrobbler. It works fine either way, though. I mean, just because King Crimson gets owned by Audioscrobbler doesn't detract from their pretentious grandeur.

Lunch- Werd

I am Sodomycore- stfu :)

Lunch 10-27-2005 07:41 PM

Dude, Grateful Dead>Behemoth. Sorry.

Dude3 10-27-2005 07:43 PM

NP: Mindless Self Indulgence - Bitches

Seriously, these guys make some catchy music!

Dr. Jake Destructo 10-27-2005 07:51 PM

It's because of the # of songs versus time thing :-\ NOFX CDs are like 20+ songs. Pink Floyd probably has the most playtime, though Coheed might too.

They are BM like Dimmu Borgir is BM, as I see it.
