I got the Steve Vai: Live at the Astoria, London DVD like 6 days ago. Now [I]that[/I] is some incredible playing. He has a magic guitar. He can just throw it around, and it will sound perfect.

Yeah vai's pretty good stuff, not really my bag though he's like satch where all they do is use and abuse major progressions all the time. They both got tore up BIG time at the G3 live in denver though :cool:

On another happy note, I just released the Song Trush back into the wild. He was suffering pretty badly yesterday, so I brought him in, kept him warm, gave him a supply of water, and kept him overnight.
He was singing this morning, so I think he was ok. I released him and he didn't leave at first, but then after a bit of singing, he flew away.
I was pleased to see him flying properly, as yesterday he could barely fly for 5 metres.
