I guess I didn't think it was crap, actually really enjoyed some songs, just on the first listen it wasn't what I was expecting to hear. Nonetheless, it's definitely worth a listen.

I don't think it's as good as Prehistoricisms but it's still in my top 5 of the year so far. They are just an amazing band overall.

Fields of Locust is insane.

yeah probably my fav post-metal band along with A Swarm of the Sun and Bridges to Dreams if you count them as post-metal. Their riffage and vocals are just insane.

also agree on new intronaut not being as good as prehistoricisms. but idk might grow on me.

Russian Circles is mine, as well as Devil Sold His Soul if you count them (I personally do)

I wouldn't count DSHS. But they are quite good. I missed their gig this summer ugh.
