JmE would have just been left as an inactive mod, I think, so he could occasionally come back and do things if he had the time, but he was also hacked, and set about deleting the punk forum.
That sucks. Well they have OPERATIONrancid (Alley McSqueal) now right?

They just demodded her, because she's an idiot and shouldn't have been modded in the first place. :)

Well_Respected_Man 12-26-2004 02:52 PM
JmE quit, and dk got hacked, and was demodded and banned, but they haven't unbanned/remodded him yet. That was over two months ago now. :(

And WRM, when you see this, your gimmick officialy sucks. :p
What does that mean?

YDload 12-26-2004 02:58 PM

Tangy and Zappa: You're both right. However, that still does not tell me who left the blank rep.

Also, I got Superunknown for Christmas, so all is not lost! What IS lost however, are the CDs I ordered off of Amazon:

Primus- Frizzle Fry
Minutemen- Double Nickels on the Dime
Iron Maiden- Iron Maiden

O noes, I sent them to my college address by mistake! I guess I'll have to pick them up later.

RIPJoeStrummer 12-26-2004 03:12 PM

That's a shame.

Well_Respected_Man 12-26-2004 03:14 PM

I could have just sent you a neg rep with someone elses name signed but I didn't (you got a + rep)

Anyways, driving is really stressful. I just drove for an hour today with my dad down all sorts of busy streets and messing up my turns, almost had a nervous breakdown. But I guess I'm getting more comfortable.

I have to go driving again in another hour with my instructor, I don't know how to feel right now.

You should feel releived that if you screw up, it's not your car and/or responsibility. :thumb:

What's everyone's favorite CD they've received for Christmas?

crazyGUITARnDRUMgal 12-26-2004 03:41 PM

Air - 10,000 Hz Legend

RIPJoeStrummer 12-26-2004 03:42 PM

Mine would have to be Fallow by The Weakerthans concidering it's the only one I got. It's amazing anyway though.

Iai 12-27-2004 09:06 AM

And now leaving again for a gig. :)

My favourite CD I received this year was The Kink's Ultimate Collection. It beat precisely 0 other CDs for this prize.

RIPJoeStrummer 12-27-2004 09:17 AM

That was a definitely needed two posts.

The ultimate collection is quite ultimate by the way. I enjoy it.

Happymeal 12-27-2004 09:22 AM

Back from where?

vallely2004 12-27-2004 11:05 AM
Is that any good? Cause as much as I liked "what you waiting for", her new song sucks.
well, it's half good half bad I'd say. Very RnB based, but alright. Its hard to say Ive only listened to it twice.

RIPJoeStrummer 12-27-2004 12:29 PM

I see. I'm not really into the whole RnB dealy there. I'll have to listen to it.

vallely2004 12-27-2004 01:09 PM

Well to be honest after listening to it again. (I'm sorry just contradicting what I said earlier) its not as RnB based as I first said, just a handful (3-5 songs) are like that, the rest are quite poppy, but hmmm Im still not won over completely by this album.
OGM how's that going for you?
If your asking seriously which Im not sure, it's interesting The Used's new album. Alot more emotional than their first. Many more mellow songs than full balls out songs like the single 'Take it Away'. Only listened to it twice though.

sweboy 12-28-2004 08:45 AM

Dang this thread is slow.

Luxor 12-28-2004 11:07 AM

You got that right, nukka.

RIPJoeStrummer 12-28-2004 12:04 PM
