Someone in here told me that this is supposed to be Megadeth's last tour. But when I saw them, Dave said that Megadeth would be back. Maybe he just ment my SD because he recently just moved back here. If so.. sucks for everyone else. But most likely not.

I think that it is the last yes. Coz dave is goin solo after this, TSHF was supposed to be his solo album but the record label said he owed them one more megadeth album, so he got the band back together.

At least thats what i read

Yeah and when Dave does go solo he said that he's going to play some MD.45 songs, some Megadeth songs, and some songs he wrote when he was in Metallica.

I'm thinking of getting a real ESP one... but I'd try and have some custom inlays done on it (sharkfins). If not, I'm looking at a KE-2 in transparent black, undoubtedly the sexiest guitar ever.

the guitar ive got right now is a jackson dinky mg series but i was thinking about buying a custom jackson for 3 grand. im considering it but i dont know thats alot of money.

ill be able to have my own inlays done, any kind of pick-ups i want, and any paint job. thats probaly one of the best things about it which makes it worth 3 grand. i still dont know.

Lol that's probably the most useless reasons for it to be worth 3 grand. Inlays are purely cosmetic, pickups can be changed easily, and paint jobs are also cosmetic. If I went custom I'd go for a korina body, 3/4 inch flame maple top, and pao ferro fingerboard.

Yeah, there's always some extra unreleased stuff with it though. I think all those were limited edition with Deth's, so its really pointless to buy it now. And I think it was only an Arsenal preview.

Hey guys im new to this thread and i wanna learn mor about megadeth. I hear they are great and i need to get omr old school metal influence. I hope no one gets pissed but im also a metallica fan (kirk hammet is my idol but i believe dave own his a*s). So anyway wut album should i buy first if i wanted to hear egadeth at their best?

SchecterGuitarist, there's nothing wrong with liking Metallica and Megadeth. I personally love both. Don't listen to other people's opinions. Go with what you truly like.

And for albums, I suggest you start off with Megadeth's [I]Rust in Peace[/I].

Get into the AIM album sharing thread and get all the megadeth albums
