read a lot of books. i think that's why i still read so much now. and i listened to the radio a lot, mostly radio 4 if i remember rightly cos that's what my parents used to (and still do) listen to.

I love the SNES. I still have it but I dont have most of the games I used too, except for all the Donkey Kongs and Killer Instinct..which is a cool game by the way.

I also had the first console...have no idea what its called. They all broke though, and most of the games never worked.

finally, someone i can relate to :) i don't mind not having it occasionally, eg. on holiday, but i probably spend too much time watching crap on it.

I don't mind not having a tv, mianly because I have a compouter which means I can download shows I want to see or I can just get hold of dvds and watch things that way. My friend got a tv in his bedroom, and at first he thought it was great but now he's not so sure, and reckons I'm onto something with just not having a tv. The only bad part is it stops me getting a games console of my own.

i don't have a tv in my room, there's only one in the house, for 6 people, so a console would just be annoying. i can watch dvds on my laptop though, and i have a few good pc games.

it'll be better for users if you edit in each band's site that's posted, and say what genre they are, so people don't have to look for miles through the thread for site links.

yeh, sorry i don't go through myspace looking for band's sites, i rely on word of mouth (or forum, lol) to find new bands, so it would help me get into new bands.
