Drum ignorant musicians irk me. I called a local music store to ask if they refinish drums (as in like.. put wraps on.) I know it's not difficult and I can easily do it myself, but i'd prefer to have someone a bit older and wiser to do it.. also my parents will kill me if I **** up my set, because they bought it for me after the hurricane which was sweet of them. So I called and asked.. I said, Yes I was wondering if you guys re finish drum sets, he said um no..wow.. and kinda chuckled, like he was laughing at me? And than i said, Oh so if I give you guys a drum wrap yall can't put it on for me? and than he was like oh....um ill ask our drum guy..we usually don't offer that here, but he might want to do it.. dumb ***.. he must've thought I mean't like.. build a kit for me or something.. he friggin laughed at me.
Go there right know, Kick him in the balls, Steal his wallet, **** his wife, Punch his kid, Cut all of his guitar strings, and then egg his store.
Ok?

Trev 05-25-2006 03:34 PM

Three one hour politics exams, a supervised lunch, and then two one and a half maths exams. Can't wait.

raz0r 05-25-2006 03:35 PM
The only 2 hour exam I can think of is D.T, which I had this morning. Unless English is longer?
My Statistics paper is 2h30
All the English papers are 2h, except lit, which is 2h15
History is 2h (poor bastards)
Geography is 2h
Both Maths papers are 2h

Janeway 05-25-2006 03:37 PM

Your toilet is going to die.

Jezen 05-25-2006 03:41 PM

I just rescued a Song Thrush.

Janeway 05-25-2006 03:42 PM

You'll die from colon cancer because you don't get enough fiber in your diet.

Well, You masturbate too much.

opethdw 05-25-2006 03:47 PM

I just got back from Guitar Center, and I seriously found the greatest Ride cymbal ever made. Sabian 21" HH Raw Bell Dry Ride Brilliant Finish, like oh my god. If only I could play without drum mutes, I would have so bought it.

Janeway 05-25-2006 03:51 PM

Nonsense.
Females can't masturbate too much.

Berk 05-25-2006 03:57 PM

I hardly masturbate.
I find it odd and messy,
I hardly masturbate.

I find it relaxing.

Janeway 05-25-2006 04:02 PM

I'm upset.

There is a town about 15 minutes away from me.
In the middle, there's a half mile or so section of early 1900 buildings just crammed in together. Then in the center of that, there's a small old park with vintage whip-lash inducing playground equipment, and a massive lopsided pagoda and a cruddy old fountain supporting half of it.
This is all surrounded by WWII housing and two Indian reservations, and on either side are grave yards.
Then everything is split by railroad tracks. Nothing has been changed in it since 1968, and it's so comfy and totally cool.
But they want to rennovate it.

It's not like the whole thing is infested with crack addicts and transvestite cats. It's taken care of. These stupid yuppie idiots just have to make everything shiny and plastic.

Berk 05-25-2006 04:03 PM

I get REALLY bored after.
Almost depressed.

Seafroggys 05-25-2006 04:09 PM

i heard a good sounding ZBT hi-hat....no kidding.

Berk 05-25-2006 04:12 PM

Or is it simply due to the Istanbul Agop Mel Lewis Signiature 1982 Ride?

Janeway 05-25-2006 04:46 PM

http://www.angelfire.com/vamp/bigband/Gigue.mp3

THE GIGUE FROM BACH'S FIRST CELLO SUITE!!!

I play that so much better than that guy did.
Remember that link 'cause I'm going to post a recording of myself playing that to make my balls bigger.

Berk 05-25-2006 04:48 PM

Lesbians have big balls.

Janeway 05-25-2006 04:49 PM

We do when we can play our favorite movement of our favorite suite better than someone else.

Berk 05-25-2006 04:50 PM

Kinda like Gay men having HUGE penis's.
Do you play drums? I never see you talking about drums or even music. Well, a little about music.
YES!!!
I DO!

For fucks sake!

I just don't pay keen interest to the majority of players, I don't listen to music with drum gods in it, and my inteest in gear has wained. That's pretty much all the threads in here, so I don't post in them.

TTTSNB 05-25-2006 06:57 PM
I rather enjoyed it.

The camera angle made it look like you dont have too many cymbals :p
Hey, thanks man. What did you enjoy exactly?

opethdw 05-25-2006 07:25 PM

Hey TTTSNB, I also have a video camera, but how do I get video from the camera, onto the computer? Can I buy a USB plug or something to do it? And also, do I need to buy software, or is there a free software to put the video onto and save it? Thanks.

Yeah, you just need to hook the camera to the usb port and then just get the vid on your computer. My guitarist uses some sort of special capture software with the vids I've been showing (He shoots them), which can help to make better quality video,
